Making time to be active daily may be challenging, so Wellness University is providing you a way to get your steps in while you’re at work.

This year we have mapped out, updated and refreshed the THRIVE walking paths at each facility. Taking an average of 15-20 minutes to complete, now it’s easy to fit in a “workout” during your lunch hour or break.

Learn more about the benefits of walking. Each time you take a walking break at work, you earn Wellness University credits towards rewards. Log into your tracker to view the Event Codes page and redeem the “THRIVE Walking Paths” activity code.
