Leap into Heart Health with Resistance Training 101 Workshop

Join us to learn more about the benefits of resistance training and how it may support your heart health and overall wellness at the Resistance Training 101 workshop on Wednesday, Feb. 14, 12:30 p.m. in the Thrive Event Center, D. B. Moore Bldg. SSC.

We will discuss the different forms of resistance training such as free weights, resistance bands, your own body weight, and how easily it can be done, by inviting you to participate in a short, on-the-spot, workout.

No workout gear or equipment necessary and all fitness levels are welcome. For attending, you will have a chance to win a Wellness University’s gym bag and earn 4 credits towards great rewards.
