Know your Numbers Workshop
Take the next step to improving your overall wellness by reviewing your blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose results from the health fairs.
At the Know Your Numbers virtual workshop, a Clinical Health Educator will discuss small changes that may help prevent or delay the onset of diabetes. Lifestyle habits such as eating well, and exercising can reduce your risk for chronic diseases and complications.
We will also share what Kaiser Permanente resources are available to support your overall physical and emotional well-being.
For attending the workshop, you will earn 4 Wellness University credits and entered for a chance to win a great prize.
