Skillsoft is a powerful tool with an extensive catalog of online classes to support one’s business knowledge and professional development.
This on-demand catalog includes 2500+ courses in Business & Career Skills, Technology Tools and Learning Packages to help you prepare to earn a certification.
Represented staff have automatic access to Skillsoft, while unrepresented staff would need to obtain their manager’s approval for their department to pay a one-time annual fee of $35.

For completing a course, you will earn 4 Wellness University credits toward great rewards. The more courses you take, the more credits you will earn. To obtain the activity code, please email Employee-Wellness-SSC@kp.org  with a copy of your certificate of completion.
