Yoga

Every Wednesday, 5:30 p.m. in South Sacramento, join us for Yoga class, a mindfulness movement practice that may reduce muscle soreness, promote deep relaxation and support a better night’s sleep.
This class combines Yin Yoga and stretching to support self-care, release low back, shoulder & neck tension, increase flexibility & mobility, and reduce stress & anxiety.
Open to KP employee & physicians, bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. All exercise levels are welcome, and no experience necessary.

When & Where:

  • Every Wednesdays
  • 5:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Calvine & Cosumnes Conference Room, 1st floor, MOB 2, South Sacramento

For each class you attend, you will earn 1 Wellness University credit towards great rewards.
