Yoga

Yoga is a mindfulness movement practice that may reduce muscle soreness, promote deep relaxation and support a better night’s sleep.

This class combines Yin Yoga and stretching to support self-care, release low back, shoulder & neck tension, increase flexibility & mobility, and reduce stress & anxiety.

Open to KP employee & physicians, bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and wear comfortable clothing. All exercise levels are welcome, and no experience necessary.

For each class you participate in, you will earn 1 Wellness University credit toward great rewards.

When: Every Wednesday

Time: 5:30 – 6:30 p.m.

Where: Bruceville Center, South Sacramento
