South Valley Centre Health Fair

Leap into Heart Health with Wellness University health fairs. Have your cholesterol, glucose & blood pressure checked all in 10 minutes. Also available are flu shots and other Employee Health services. Regular check-ups can reduce your risk of cardiovascular diseases and Diabetes.

Open to all KP employees and physicians and no appointment required. Please bring your KP medical record card and fast for 10-12 hours for complete lab work. Non-fasting blood tests will also be available.

When: Wednesday, Oct. 16, 8-11 a.m.

Where: ROI Conference Room, Bldg. 5, South Valley Centre

For attending you’ll earn at least 5 Wellness University credits towards great rewards, receive giveaway and a healthy snack.
