May is Workforce Mental Health Awareness Month at KP and to support our workforce, KP has prepared a series of live virtual self-care sessions. These 30-minute sessions will focus on emotional and mental health and provide you tips to better support yourself, your co-workers, and loved ones.

Make caring for your mental health a daily habit. Learn how to use the Calm app and the KP MindfulHub to lower stress and boost your sense of well-being.

  • Get to know more about the Calm app with Lauren Ferguson, Principal Customer Success Manager at Calm
  • Learn about KP’s own volunteer led MindfulHub
  • Hear from fellow KP employees about their experiences using these mental fitness tools

All physicians and staff are invited. Please attend as your work duties allow. Sessions will be recorded if you cannot make it.
