Life Care Planning workshops

In Life Care Planning you will choose someone to represent your health care wishes if you can’t speak AND decide what you want them to say. Kaiser Permanente Regional Life Care Planning invites you to come learn about Advance Health Care Directives and receive help in completing the form. Virtual workshops are open to all employees and physicians and pre-registration recommended.

• Thurs, April 7th 5:30pm – 6:15pm
• Wed, April 20th 5:30 pm – 6:15 pm
• Thurs, April 22nd Noon – 12:45 pm
• Tues, April 26th Noon – 12: 45 pm
