Eat Real, Move & Seek Joy Calendar

We are excited that you can join us for the Eat Real, Move & Seek Joy 30-Day Wellness Program. From November 1-30, use the interactive calendar below to select either a nutrition, exercise or emotional well-being activity to do daily to support your self-care. Look out for weekly emails that include tips, resources and a check-in survey. Complete the check-in surveys to be entered into the weekly raffle and to earn up to 7 credits per week. At the end of the program, you will earn up to 30 Wellness University credits towards rewards and a chance to win an Instant Pot and other prizes.
