Mindfulness Virtual Class
At Lifestyle Medicine’s monthly mindfulness virtual class, we will explore topics around stress management such as your thoughts, your emotions, the wandering mind, and other impactful discussions.
At each virtual class, we will be practicing mindfulness techniques such as meditation, breath work, and chair yoga with the goal of empowering you to create your own mindfulness practice and support stress reduction in your life.
Offered the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 5:30-7pm, sign up online to secure your spot.
